Hypothyroidism:

Causes:
It is caused due to lack of:
• Iodine deficiency
• Stress
• Emotional trauma
• Heredity
• Age
Symptoms:
• Tiredness
• Increased sensitivity to cold
• Constipation
• Dry skin
• Puffy face
• Hoarse voice
• Muscle cramp
• Weight gain
• Depression
Natural home remedy using coconut milk:
The milk of a coconut aids in restoring normal functioning of the thyroid gland. It contains healthy saturated fat and lauric acid which helps in nourishing the thyroid gland and is a good source of energy
1. Taking 1 freshly grated coconut
2. Take a sieve and keep it over a wide bowl
3. Squeeze the milk out of the grated coconut over the sieve
4. Store the collected coconut milk in an air-tight container
5. Add 2 tbsp of this coconut milk to your glass of milk and drink
Having this remedy once a day can greatly help to combat hypothyroidism.
Natural home remedy using ginger & black pepper:
1. Add 1 tbsp ginger powder in a bowl
2. Add to this 1 tbsp black pepper powder
3. Add 1 tbsp long pepper powder, also known as pipali in Hindi
4. Mix this well
5. Store this mixture in a cool place
6. Consume ½ tsp of this mixture with lukewarm water twice
everyday
