Malaria:
• Malarial infection enters the blood stream through mosquito bites
• Malaria can lead to:
o Anaemia
o Kidney failure
o Dysentery
Symptoms to look for:
• High fever
• Recurrent fever
• Headache
• Chills
• Excessive sweating
• Pain in the hands and legs
Causes:
• Unhygienic conditions, the mosquitoes which transmit malaria breed in stagnant water
• Weak immune system
Natural home remedy using cinnamon, black pepper and honey:
1. Take 1 glass hot water
2. Add 1 tsp cinnamon powder
3. Add ½ tsp black pepper powder
4. Add 1 tsp honey
5. Mix well
6. Sip the mixture while hot
Natural home remedy using lemon juice:
1. Take 1 glass water
2. Add 4 tbsp lemon juice
3. Mix well
4. Drink 3 times a day
Natural home remedy using basil leaves and black pepper:
1. Crush a handful of basil leaves
2. Press them on a sieve and extract juice
3. Add ½ tsp black pepper powder to the juice
4. Mix well
5. Drink 3 times a day
Natural home remedy using chirata, cloves and cinnamon powder:
• Ayurvedic herb — Chirata, reduces body temperature
1. Take 2 tbsp chirata powder
2. Add to 250 ml hot water
3. Add 2 cloves
4. Add 1 tsp cinnamon powder
5. Heat this mixture for 2-3 min
6. Strain the liquid
7. Drink 3 tbsp of this mixture 4-5 times a day
