Natural home remedy using almonds, black pepper powder and honey:
1. Take 1 glass lukewarm water
2. Crush finely 7-8 almonds
3. Add them to the water
4. Add a pinch of black pepper powder
5. Add 1 tsp honey
6. Mix well
7. Drink once every day
Natural home remedy using spinach:
1. Spinach contains beta-carotene, which is very helpful for treating cataract
2. Chop and boil 500 g of spinach leaves in1 glass water for 10-15 min
3. Separate the spinach leaves
4. Crush the spinach finely to a paste
5. Press the paste on a sieve and extract juice
6. Drink this juice 3 times a day
7. Continue this for 1 month
Natural home remedy using aniseed powder, coriander powder and brown sugar:
1. Take 2 tbsp aniseed powder
2. Add 2 tbsp coriander powder
3. Add 1 tbsp brown sugar
4. Mix well
