• Taking too much thyroid medication
Symptoms:
• Weight loss
• Mood swings
• Profuse sweating
• Nervousness
• Bulging eyes
• Tremors
• Racing heartbeat
Natural home remedy using turmeric, ginger, papaya & lemon:
Herbs like turmeric and ginger have anti-inflammatory properties that help an inflamed thyroid gland. Papaya helps to regulate functions of the thyroid gland while lemon is a good anti-oxidant
1. Add 2 cups of raw peeled papaya chunks in a blender
2. Add 1 tbsp of lemon juice to it
3. Also add ¼ tsp of turmeric
4. Then add ½ inch grated ginger
5. Add ½ cup of water
6. Now blend these ingredients together
7. Pour into a glass and drink
Drinking this mixture once every morning
Natural home remedy using gooseberry, triphala & honey:
1. Take ½ tsp Indian gooseberry paste
2. Add to this ½ tsp triphala powder
3. Add 2 tsp organic honey
4. Mix this well
5. Have this mixture before breakfast everyday
