Ingredients:
Apple Cider Vinegar: 1 tbsp
Honey: 1 Tbsp
Lemon Juice: 1 Tbsp
Garlic: 1 Clove
Method:
1. Today lets check out how to make a very trending and effective weight loss drink that helps to lower blood pressure. Very easy to make with a very few ingredients so lets quickly check out the ingredients and get started.
2. Today I have taken cider vinegar, brand it is totally optional. Choose an ACV with mother vinegar. It is high in healthful substances, helps to kill harmful bacteria, helps to lower blood sugar levels and manage diabetes, aids weight loss, boosts heart and skin health and helps in weight loss as they breakdown the fat cells and converts them to energy.
